Китай, возможно, готовится свернуть репрессии против крупных технологических компаний

Акции китайских технологических компаний резко выросли в пятницу. И это произошло после того, как Пекин дал понять, что может бросить осажденной отрасли спасательный круг. Так он снова пообещал минимизировать влияние Covid-19 на экономику.

Пекин спасает свою экономику

Так Гонконгский индекс Hang Seng подскочил на 4%, а Shanghai Composite вырос на 2,4%. И это после того, как китайские государственные СМИ сообщили, что высшее руководство страны пообещало ускорить рост.

Китай. Они также пообещали «способствовать здоровому развитию» интернет-экономики и «ввести конкретные меры» для поддержки сектора. Так об этом сообщило в пятницу Политбюро Коммунистической партии. И официально сообщило государственное информационное агентство Синьхуа.

Это обещание последовало за широкомасштабным репрессиями в отношении некоторых крупнейших частных предприятий страны. И которое началось в 2020 году. Это когда правительство затормозило план Ant Group по выходу на биржу в последнюю минуту.

Так, аналитики восприняли пятничное заявление как знак того, что правительство может свернуть свое резкое наступление в области регулирования. И которое нанесло удар по отраслям, начиная от технологий и финансов и заканчивая играми, развлечениями и частным образованием.

Но, «Короче говоря, сегодняшнее заседание Политбюро хочет заверить рынок в том, что кампания по регулированию, начавшаяся с конца 2020 года, завершена». Так заявили в пятницу аналитики Macquarie Capital.

И Акции технологических компаний резко выросли в Азии. Так индекс Hang Seng Tech Index в Гонконге вырос на 10%. Alibaba ( BABA ) подорожала более чем на 15%, а Tencent ( TCEHY ) — более чем на 11%.

Так заседание Коммунистической партии проходит в то время, когда строгие ограничения Covid в Китае нанесли ущерб его фондовым рынкам и валюте. И инвесторы становятся все более пессимистичными в отношении влияния блокировок на вторую по величине экономику мира.

Китай. Пекин в шоке

Но Руководство Китая явно обеспокоено замедлением темпов роста. И это как минимум второй раз на этой неделе, когда он пообещал исправить экономику.

Так на встрече во вторник президент Си Цзиньпин заявил, что страна приступит к увеличению расходов на инфраструктуру. И это для увеличения внутреннего спроса и стимулирования роста.

Но, хотя в пятницу рынки были оптимистичны, аналитики хотят увидеть конкретные меры политики.

«Экономика находится в бедственном положении. Потому что рост ВВП во втором квартале, вероятно, станет отрицательным в годовом исчислении. Но чтобы развернуть экономику, необходимы значительные изменения в макроэкономической политике». Так сказал Чживэй Чжан, президент и главный экономист Pinpoint Asset Management.

«Мы будем наблюдать за действиями правительства в ближайшие несколько недель. И соответствующим образом обновим нашу точку зрения», — добавил он.

Так, ряд инвестиционных банков снизили свои прогнозы роста экономики Китая в прошлом месяце. А Международный валютный фонд на прошлой неделе заявил, что ожидает роста на 4,4% в этом году по сравнению с предыдущим прогнозом в 4,8%. И при этом сославшись на риски, связанные со строгой нулевой политикой Пекина в отношении Covid. Но это значительно ниже официального прогноза Китая, составляющего около 5,5%.
